Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris

Located between the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris is an iconic palace exemplifying 1930s architecture and one of the key institutions in Paris’s cultural landscape. With a collection of over 15,000 works, it is also one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in France.

Its permanent collections showcase major artistic movements from the 20th century to the present day, featuring renowned artists such as Picasso, Dufy, Modigliani, Derain, Picabia, Chagall, as well as Boltanski, Parreno, and Peter Doig. The museum also houses exceptional in-situ works, including the first two versions of The Dance by Matisse and The Electricity Fairy, Raoul Dufy’s monumental masterpiece.
